Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellations

Customers who wish to cancel an order must email marketing@nccco.org within one hour of placing the order. Orders will be refunded within seven business days.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

Products eligible for return or exchange must be returned to CCO within 21 days of delivery to the customer. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and it is advised that they return merchandise via traceable means.

All products being returned/exchanged must be in their original condition and will be inspected upon receipt.

The following are ineligible for return/refund:

• Manuals/books/digital material
• Gift cards
• Discounted merchandise
• Any product identified as not eligible for return in the description
• Shipping fees

Returned items are subject to a $15 restocking fee which will be deducted from any refund due. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.

Customers returning items eligible for a refund will have the refund processed within seven business days of the item being received by CCO.
